Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A.Minimum order quantity is 24 pcs per style with mixed size.In terms of the customer pictures or the samples, the minimum quantity of an order is 100 pcs per style, per color with mixed size. If you have any other requirements for the quantity, please send us email.We only offer quality products.Any products can be made in plus size(XL-4XL).Plus size will be US$1.5 more than normal size.

Q.How to package?
A.Usually we use poly bags to package products, but if you need hanger bag, we need to add USD0.22/pc.

Q. How to contact you for wholesale price list?

Q.What items have plus size? How about the price?
A. All products can be made in plus size. For sexy lingerie, plus size will be USD1.5 more than normal size, and for costumes, plus size will be USD1.5 more than normal size.

Q. Can I copy the image from your website to my own online website?
A.No,we have no copyright of this image,we are a manufacturer of some brand name costumes,fancy dress companies. Since copyright is a very important issue for wholesalers and retailers,all pictures we post on this website were made changes in color and design,our suggestion is to take picture with a fake or real model after received the products from us, in this way, the products can be your own brand,and you don't need to worry about the copyright issue anymore.Our products are top quality in China, please click here to see some products we made.

Q. How to order?
A. When you confirm the price list, you can send us your order list including style number,color,size, quantity for each and your address.After receiving your order list,we will send you an order list based on your requirement for your double confirm.Then we will check our store and revise quantity according to your order list (so we can deliver as soon as possible after we received your remittance) then send you the PI (Proforma Invoice) and delivery cost list to you. We will hold the order for six days, so please remit to us in the valid time and inform us. We will send out the goods upon the receipt of your payment. Please see order samples below.

Q. Do you accept OEM condition and what is minimum quantity for OEM condition?
A. Yes. OEM condition is welcome. Our company is a comprehensive sexy underwear,lingerie,adult costumes,shoes,enterprise, integrating the designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing. We Offer Lingeire OEM and Costume OEM since 2000. We supply the high quality which already proved by our worldwide customers and market percent. Please note the following major Terms and Coditions for OEM:

1. We need you official proved or certification for your brand.
2. Your quantity need reach our MOQ: 100 siuts per style, per color, per size.
3. You have the right to choose your material and styles which shows in pictures or real sample.
4. You have the right to confirm the quality of your order while producing and before send out.
5. You have the right to choose the shipment(delivery) way.

Usually the sample charge is $35 for each style and $15 for G-strings. Your costs for sample will refund to you after a formal order placed. During this time, pictures request is possible for you.
5. Deposit Payment
After you confirm the samples. you send us the 50% payment on amount,we will arrange the production immediately after received the deposit.
6. Usually, Production lead time around 3-4weeks.
We can also make your label and tickets If you need. This need to be confirmed before your order placed. Your label and tickets should be sent to us before we made them.
7. The balance is paid before delivery the goods.
8. Package and Shipment
We also can supply package service if you need. Simple plastic package and master carton will be used if no requirements on this.

Q. What's the payment methods?
A. Small order: 100% T/T in advance before shipment.
Bulk order: 40% T/T advance, balance paid before shipment.Western Union money transfer is also accepted.

Q. Can I get some samples or is a small order accepted
A. Yes, we accept sample order. The price is 30% higher with no more than 4 styles(3 pcs/style at least). For each customer we only accept one sample order. After that, our MOQ is 10pcs/style,color and size. Of course, all of our products for both sample orders and normal orders are exactly the same. We will send you our bank details after we confirm your order. you are asked to pay for them including the delivery charge.

Q. What's the delivery methods and delivery time?
A. By DHL/TNT/EMS express: it takes about 5~6 business days for the delivery, Door to Door service. DHL,TNT,EMS or AC for a small order and By sea for larger order.

Q. What's the estimated shipping cost by ?
A. The shipping costs according to the weight of the goods. We will calculate out the cheapest plan according to the quantity of order each time. (The shipping cost highly depends on the delievery country)

For the first 0.5kg, it's RMB 190 (USD 23.99), and
each Added 0.5kg from 0.5kg to 24.5kg, it's RMB 60.00 (USD 7.56 ),
If your package is abvoe 25kg, it's RMB 64.00 (USD 8.06) per kg, (recommend)

If your package is abvoe 50kg, it's RMB 62.00 (USD 7.9) per kg,

Q. What's the estimated shipping cost if I buy one container?
A. If you buy one 20' or 40' containter, I will let your know how much you shall pay for the shipping cost after we get your destination seaport, also after confirmation from our forwarder. You can use your own forwarder.

Q. Is your quotation still negotiative?
A. Yes. we will give you a certain discount for a bulk order. The discount depends on your order quantity. It may be 5 percents, 10 percents, and max 20 percents off.

Q. Can I have my own logo or company info. shown on the packaging?
A. Ref. to the private packaging, I would like to tell you that we can print your label or logo on the boxes by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model

Q: Price validity period ?
A: validity period is 3 month for follow wholesale price. We always change the price . When there is a price change it does not apply to orders already placed.

Q: What's the delivery methods and delivery time?
A:  1. Air-express (DHL, UPS, TNT, China POST EMS),  door to door service, delivery time is about 3-7days,  price is based on package weight(price is different for different country). No customs clearnce and other importing charge after arriving destination, direct to your address, We have contract with DHL, UPS, TNT and China Post EMS, our price is much cheaper than you can find in DHL, please visit http://www.dhl.com for more information, but we don't suggest air-express delivery for big weight package unless it's urgent case.    

      2. Sea shipping, port to port service.Price is much cheaper than air-express(For example: 50USD/CBM to USA, price is different for different country, our sales people will confirm the total shipping cost after you place your order), delivery time is about 25-35 days, and your need do customs clearance and pay the related charges to your customs after your products arrives at your destination port.

For orders less than 3,000 USD, especially the 600 USD testing order, we suggest air express, you will receive the products you ordered in a short time, door to door service, you don't need to go to your port or customs.

For order more than 3,000 USD, we suggest sea shipping, port to port service, but much cheaper than air express, the shipping cost is around 300-400 USD for 3,000 USD order to USA or EU.

Q:  How much time you need to handle my order?
A:  Normally we need 15- 20 days to handle every order, but we always try our best to make it much faster.

Q:  Why do you set 600 USD as the minimum order?
A: We understand the concerns of all new customers who are interested in our products and would like to try our service. Therefore, we set 600 USD as our minimum order to let they try our products and service. We suggest them use air express, so that they can test our products and service ASAP. That's how we have our customers trust us, we understand it's international business, you might not trust a company so far from another country.

Most of our coustomers who finished the first 600 USD order, they are all very satisfied with our products and service, and they placed bulk orders after the first order, we will suggest them use sea shipping to save the shipping cost and lower the average cost.

Of course, you are allowed to still order only 600 USD after the first 600 USD order.

Q: Are there any other extra charges?
We have a 50 USD standard exporting and handling charge for every order, including sample order. No other charges.

Q: Will you inform me after my order shipped?
A: 1. We will send you the B/L of the air express company with tracking number on it, you can track it and see your package status online.

    2. We will send your package photo with your B/L together to you for confirmation by Email.

A: Yes. For an OEM order, we need about 2~4 weeks for the mould and then work out our first samples. If you confirm the first sample we send you, and you confirm your order, the lead time is about 20~25 days. and the minimum order quantity is 1,000 PCS
